Membership to Pondo ng Pinoy is by ecclesiastical jurisdiction e.g. Archdiocese, Diocese and Apostolic Vicariate. To be accepted as member of Pondo ng Pinoy, the Bishop of an ecclesiastical jurisdiction should formally express his intent of joining the movement.
From the time it was launched, Pondo ng Pinoy has effectively served as the Catholic Church’s active partner and vehicle of new evangelization. Catechetical sessions whose main objective is faith education and deepening of gospel values were held in the parishes and schools.
