Membership to Pondo ng Pinoy is by ecclesiastical jurisdiction e.g. Archdiocese, Diocese and Apostolic Vicariate. To be accepted as member of Pondo ng Pinoy, the Bishop of an ecclesiastical jurisdiction should formally express his intent of joining the movement. After approval of the application for membership by the PnPCFI Board, a program orientation will be conducted by the NMO involving members of the clergy and identified lay volunteers.
Finally, a launching program is held at the diocese to formally commence the implementation of Pondo ng Pinoy program in the local church.
