Total Human Development
To aid in the access to resources contributing to the development of the human person, in all his/her dimensions—physical, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being.
Faith Formation
to evangelize persons and communities in witnessing the Gospel inspired by the Theology of the Crumbs (three signs of a sick faith towards a “healthy” faith) concretized by the living out of the five pillars.
Community Building
To foster “damayan” among community members showing love and compassion towards each other by living out the five pillars.
Collaboration
To develop harmonious program strategies within NMO and in partnership with Catholic Church institutions or commissions (other than the diocesan Pondo ng Pinoy desks) such as on formation/catechesis, social communications, the academe for a more dynamic and broader implementation of PnP programs.
Participation (external)
To encourage the active involvement of the faithful regardless of age or socio-economic status in evangelization work through formation activities emphasizing the Theology of the Crumbs and the living out of the five pillars towards achieving the vision.
