(π•π”π‡πŽπ€πˆ) In 2019, the Archdiocese of Manila through the Most Holy Trinity Parish (MHTP) and Pondo ng Pinoy, assisted around 120 families acquire decent houses through Villa Umami Homeowners Association Inc. (VUHOAI) in Balic-Balic Sampaloc, Manila. A high number of the Filipino population live in densely populated slums in Manila with harsh living conditions. Disadvantaged families turn to living as informal settlers on the streets, under bridges, in shacks, or under bridges.
