The National Management Office of Pondo ng Pinoy Community Foundation, Inc. (PnPCFI) is holding a mobile photography contest in line with its 15th founding anniversary with the theme “Pondo ng Pinoy: Pangarap ng Kabataan, Kayang Isakatuparan.”
The contest is open to all amateurs with a maximum three entries per individual. Photos taken from July 2019 onwards using mobile phones are eligible as entries.
Manipulated images are not allowed and photos must have a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720p. Participants must submit their entries at pnpcfi@gmail.com with the subject MOBILE PHOTO CONTEST on or before September 8, 2019.
Winning entries and prizes
A pre-screening will be held and the qualified entries will be advised thru email. Professional photojournalists and media practitioners will select the winning photos based on the following criteria -adherence to the theme, originality, innovative means of delivering message, creativity and visual design. Announcement of winners is on September 23 to 27 via email and posting to PnPCFI social media accounts. Mechanics can be seen at https://www.facebook.com/pnpcfi/.
First prize winner will take home P15,000.00 plus a grant to a five-day workshop under the auspices of professional photojournalists. Second prize will take home P10,000.00 while the third prize is P5,000.00. There will be five (5) consolation prizes worth P2,000.00 and a special award for the photos with the greatest number of facebook likes will take home P10,000.00. (PnPCFI News)

4. Once uploaded, QUALIFIED entry/ies may be shared and promoted.
The photo with the greatest number of “likes” by 11:59 PM of 22 September 2019 will win the People’s Choice Award and P10,000.00 cash.
Only ‘Likes’ in the photo posted in the Pondo ng Pinoy FB page will be officially counted.
